We have put together some basic policies which allow us to ensure you receive the best experience & service in our studio. Cancellation & Late Policy
If you need to cancel please do so more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, by calling us directly. If cancelled within 24 hours, a fee of 50% of the appointment value will be charged.
Minimum Age Requirement
Our minimum age requirement for our services is 18 years of age. Those under the age of 18 will require a guardian/parent to accompany them and/or a signed consent.
Work Completed By Others
We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service, quality and results to all of our clients. We also understand that some of you may be coming into our studio with work completed by other salons/technicians. We are more than happy to still work with you, however, our policy is that we will be 100% waived of any damages or scrutiny, and not be held liable in any way for any dissatisfaction from work you received elsewhere. It is for this reason that we strongly recommend that we perform a “fresh” new service on you instead of building on someone else’s work. This is to ensure that you receive the highest level of quality in our work.
Our studio offers a soothing environment for all of our clients and staff. We strongly recommend not bringing babies or children under 13 years of age to the studio. This policy is primarily for the safety of your children, our technicians and our clients, as you are not able to attend to your children during your appointment.
Due to the unique nature of our services, we do not offer any refunds (full or partial) at Beautiliscious. As we special order our materials specifically for you, we cannot reuse or re-sell your items. Also, there is no way to tell what method of aftercare (or lack of) you performed after leaving our facility, it is impossible to accurately determine what the cause of the damage would have been. This policy is strictly enforced, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Prior to coming into our studio, we strongly recommend doing some research to obtain more detail on the procedures we offer, and the proper method of after-care to perform to ensure the longevity and quality of our services. Lash Extensions, Lash Lifts, Microblading HD Ombre Fade, Make Up Artistry, Brow Rescue or Hair Extensions services are not necessarily for everyone. So please ensure you are comfortable prior to proceeding with any of our services. Also, we would strongly suggest consulting with your healthcare professional prior to coming to us to determine if there are any allergies or health limitations you may have which would suggest that you are not a suitable candidate for any of our procedures.
Hours of Operation
Due to the unique nature of our business, we are open on an “appointment only” basis, and at times, may close earlier/later than the times noted for our studio hours.
